UNUM: collaborative, LLC is a rapidly growing architectural studio focused on innovative design through digital techniques. They are seeking an Interior Designer / Interior Architect to lead projects from concept to completion while collaborating with clients and managing various responsibilities.

Architecture & Planning

Responsibilities

Lead and assist in various project types through all phases, from concept design to project completion
Conduct or assist in leading client meetings, serving as the primary point of contact
Develop and execute innovative interior design solutions that align with project goals
Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants
Oversee FF&E selection, procurement, and material research
Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, and construction documentation
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deadlines
Conduct site visits and assist in construction administration

Required

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field from an accredited program
5-8 years of professional interior design experience

Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and Office Suite
