Responsibilities

Drive new logo acquisition and business growth across auto and industrial manufacturing accounts by selling ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Infor, NetSuite, etc.) along with digital transformation and IT services
Build trusted partnerships with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and functional leaders in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing to position ERP-driven solutions like smart manufacturing, supply chain digitization, connected vehicle initiatives, and financial transformation
Collaborate with internal teams to create value-led proposals across ERP implementations, upgrades, cloud migration, PLM, IoT, Industry 4.0, predictive maintenance, CX, and data analytics
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including RFP responses, ERP solution proposals, and contract negotiations to ensure accurate forecasting and target achievement
Leverage OEM, Tier 1 suppliers, and ERP ecosystem partners (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Workday, Infor, etc.) to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and strengthen positioning
Work closely with ERP practice leaders, solution architects, and delivery heads to ensure successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction

Required

Proven experience in selling IT services, ERP solutions, and digital transformation initiatives
Strong track record of new business acquisition (hunter mindset)
Ability to identify and close new opportunities (new logos)
Experience in building executive-level relationships
Experience in positioning ERP-led IT solutions to address client priorities
Drive new logo acquisition and business growth across auto and industrial manufacturing accounts
Experience selling ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Infor, NetSuite, etc.)
Experience in consulting-led client engagement
Ability to build trusted partnerships with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and functional leaders in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing
Experience in creating value-led proposals across ERP implementations, upgrades, cloud migration, PLM, IoT, Industry 4.0, predictive maintenance, CX, and data analytics
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Experience with RFP responses, ERP solution proposals, and contract negotiations
Ability to ensure accurate forecasting and target achievement
