Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of an outpatient imaging center and IR department
Lead, train, and mentor technologists and nursing staff
Ensure quality assurance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
Manage imaging equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and acquisitions
Collaborate with interventional radiologists and care teams to enhance workflows
Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of healthcare management experience
Active ARRT registration in good standing
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Hands-on radiology experience preferred
Knowledge of interventional radiology procedures, PACS, and imaging systems a plus
