Act as the primary Product Manager, overseeing product planning, development, and improvements
Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis with a strong retail focus
Define product concepts, requirements, and priorities
Collaborate closely with internal teams and Japan headquarters on product initiatives
Support marketing strategy, product positioning, and product launches
Coordinate with sales and cross-functional teams to drive product success
Gradually assume broader marketing and departmental leadership responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Experience in product management
Mandatory experience in the retail industry
Strong understanding of Japanese business culture
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak in English
Preferred
Japanese language ability is not required, but cultural understanding is essential
