Responsibilities
Manage and support eDiscovery projects related to regulatory investigations, audits, and compliance reviews
Oversee document review workflows, quality control processes, and production timelines
Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements throughout the discovery lifecycle
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams on data preservation, collection, and review strategies
Utilize eDiscovery platforms to support large-scale document review and analysis
Support responses to regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, and enforcement actions
Assist with privilege review, issue tagging, and compliance documentation
Maintain defensible eDiscovery practices aligned with internal policies and regulatory expectations
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) required; active bar admission preferred
3–7+ years of experience supporting eDiscovery in compliance, regulatory, or litigation environments
Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms and document review tools
Strong understanding of information governance, data privacy, and compliance considerations in discovery
Experience supporting regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, or internal reviews
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Preferred
active bar admission preferred
Background in financial services, healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated industries preferred
