Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design for key initiatives within the EGE team, from discovery through execution
Partner closely with cross-functional peers to identify opportunities, shape product strategy, and define success metrics
Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that are grounded in user insights
Facilitate design critiques and feedback sessions, contributing to a culture of design excellence and collaboration
Advocate for user-centered design and champion accessibility, usability, and inclusivity across all touchpoints
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered, impactful work
Proven track record of designing for consumer-facing digital products at scale
Expertise in Figma and other design tools, with a strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
A bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
