Handle civil and commercial litigation matters through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials

Manage disputes involving contract claims, business disputes, commercial torts, real estate litigation, and related civil matters

Develop litigation strategy, assess risk and exposure, and advise clients on practical, business-oriented solutions

Draft and argue motions, prepare discovery, and manage case strategy from inception through resolution

Work closely with partners and clients to drive efficient, favorable outcomes
