Responsibilities
Financial planning and analysis - own and maintain our financial models, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide strategic analysis to inform decisions
Payments and AP/AR - own all payments processing, vendor management, invoicing, and collections
Reporting and metrics - build dashboards and reporting infrastructure to provide leadership with visibility into financial performance
Qualification
Required
4-6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial operations - ideally at a startup or high-growth environment
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (CPA or accounting background a plus, but not required if you've developed equivalent expertise)
Technical competency. You should be comfortable engaging with engineering and infrastructure concepts, including compute cost dynamics
Experience managing payments, AP/AR, and monthly close processes
Fluent with financial systems and tools (Quickbooks, Excel)
High agency and low ego. Willing to go deep on topics outside your core competency and learn quickly
