Responsibilities
Supervises sales and support staff, including responsibility for hiring, training, developing, disciplining and contributing to decision making regarding discharge of subordinate employees
Oversees Inventory and Compliance of subordinates including licensure, permits and documentation per policy and procedure
Will have fleet vehicle management responsibilities
Interacts with other departments and vendors to resolve issues and develop strategic plans
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of customer facing/sales experience
Preferred
3-5 years of management experience
A bachelor's degree
