The intern will be responsible for designing transformational programs and initiatives, working with Business Leaders to address strategic challenges and leveraging data analytics to drive solutions.

Perform a functional team role in one or more assignments during the internship period
Learn the major functions of a departmental assignment through guided hands on work in various areas, and interaction with others
Attend and actively participate in internship group meetings, discussions, and events
Provide constructive feedback to the department, human resources, and school about how the Kaiser internship can be enhanced for future interns
Qualification
Required
Target Majors: Business Administration; Math/Statistics; Healthcare Administration; Public Health; Data Science
Drives innovation, agility and automation through experimentation with new metrics and concepts to track actuals as initiatives move through development to implementation, constantly seeking ways to reduce inefficiencies
Spearheads development of status update documentation and refinement, taking into account each stakeholder's unique needs and desired visibility level
Supports value targeting and implementation responsibilities. Conducts data analysis to determine the viability of opportunities, validates & refines hypotheses, drives solutioning, and quantifies hypothesis timelines
Reports progress, risks and identifies analytics improvements to support remediation of impediments and blockers to the Managerial Consulting Senior Director
Develops and delivers written and verbal presentations, briefings, and other communications in a compelling, visually driven, concise and informative manner
