MarketStar is a leading provider of outsourced B2B demand, sales, and customer success solutions. They are seeking an Account Manager to support their Dropbox team, focusing on driving expansion and retention within existing accounts through customer engagement and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Lead a customer outreach process that will include calls and emails with the intent of building and managing external customer relationships with continued account support

Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and spend with the client brand we represent (note client name if we can use the client’s name in the job posting)

Use client provided and self- guided training resources to stay up to date on knowledge of the product

Use data to manage, review and report on pipeline to manager each week, which includes a forecast and plan to achieve targets

Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets

Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM

Build and manage both Internal MarketStar team and external client counterpart relationships

Prepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal MarketStar peers and leadership

Use data to drive planning and success

Internally and externally provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback, key industry learnings, etc
