Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and departments
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Draft and post job descriptions across appropriate platforms
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting documentation
Support offer preparation and onboarding processes
Support employee onboarding and offboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with benefits administration and employee questions
Support performance review processes and internal HR initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Act as a point of contact for employee questions and HR matters
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a combined HR/recruiting role
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting independently
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment fundamentals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Comfortable working autonomously and prioritizing competing demands
Preferred
Experience in a startup, high-growth, or regulated industry
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
Experience recruiting for professional, operational, and leadership roles
Exposure to benefits administration and compliance processes
