Responsibilities

Conduct new hire orientations as directed and provide administrative support for HR programs, including employment, compensation, benefits, and training
Assist with annual benefits enrollment meetings and employee claims issues
Provide payroll processing support by preparing payroll input forms, payroll checks, and check requests for distribution while maintaining accurate employee records
Support hourly team members with day-to-day HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate guidance
Assist with staffing open vacancies and coordinating recruitment activities
Represent HR in plant events and employee meetings as designated
Provide administrative support by gathering, organizing, and preparing employee data as directed to assist with HR compliance reporting requirements
Perform a wide range of HR administrative tasks such as compiling perfect-attendance data, maintaining accurate time-off accrual records, processing PPE reimbursements for payroll purposes, ordering and replenishing employee swag supplies, providing administrative support for incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with additional HR administrative functions as assigned

Required

Essential administrative support to the Human Resources function under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager
Ensures smooth execution of HR processes, compliance with company policies, and effective communication with employees
