Responsibilities
Verify incoming product quantities and documentation
Scan and put away inventory using our ERP system
Keep inventory accurate with cycle counts
Prep pallets, boxes, labels, BOLs, and tracking
Ship domestic & international orders
Schedule pickups and ensure on-time deliveries
Pick and pack parts with speed and accuracy
Build customer kits to spec
Scan barcodes and keep materials flowing
Locate missing parts
Process special shipments, PODs, and priority orders
Keeping your work area clean and safe
Working as part of a tight-knit team
Following safety and quality standards (we take both seriously)
Hit daily productivity targets (pick/pack, receiving, shipping, kitting)
Maintain accuracy—right part, right place, right time
Are flexible and ready to help wherever the operation needs you
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of warehouse or similar experience
Comfortable lifting up to 45 lbs solo (50 lbs with assistance)
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
Preferred
Forklift experience is a plus—but we can train the right person!
