Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement backend systems supporting Generative AI workflows
Optimize data infrastructure to improve tool performance for research and ideation
Work closely with data scientists to develop and fine-tune core components of the Generative AI ecosystem
Manage storage, indexing, and search components for a multi-modal library of images and documents
Engage in Agile engineering practices to ensure timely project delivery and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem, with a strong understanding of backend development principles
Experience with PostgreSQL and Open/Elasticsearch for data management and retrieval
Solid foundation in current Generative AI techniques and frameworks
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment
Preferred
Familiarity with vector databases and their application in AI systems
Experience in developing applications within containerized environments
Knowledge of emerging Generative AI patterns and use-cases
Experience in building programmatic workflows targeting Generative AI APIs or toolchains
