Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee custom trade show exhibit and event projects from concept through completion. This role involves managing client accounts, coordinating project activities, and ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met while maintaining high customer service throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact

Coordinate projects from kickoff through installation and post-event follow-up

Ensure timelines, budgets, design goals, and quality standards are met

Prepare proposals, estimates, work orders, and project documentation

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients

Track budgets, reconcile costs, and prepare invoices

Provide account insights and improvement recommendations to management

Maintain high customer service standards throughout all project phases

Travel as needed for client meetings and on-site installations

Required

Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)

5+ years of experience in a trade show or exhibit company

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

Strong project coordination and account management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of exhibit materials and production processes

Preferred

Experience on the client, agency, or brand side of marketing events

Purchasing or procurement experience

Experience using NetSuite
