Responsibilities

Define and articulate the long-term vision and product strategy for the consumer trading platform, ensuring alignment with overall business goals

Leverage deep domain knowledge to understand customer needs, translating these insights into an effortless and intuitive trading experience

Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation and requirement definition (PRDs/user stories) through development, UAT, launch, optimization, and scaling

Own the strategy for liquidity parameters and fee structures, collaborating with market makers and institutional partners to optimize spreads, slippage, fill rates and conversion rates

Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to identify innovative opportunities and ensure our trading system maintains a leading edge in the crypto market

Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact across engineering, product design, risk, legal, compliance, operations, marketing, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and launch of products

Partner closely with compliance and legal teams to deliver regulatory-sensitive launches, navigating requirements across major jurisdictions

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a collaborative culture of excellence and professional growth

Required

Minimum of 4+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on crypto trading platforms, consumer trade products, blockchain/digital assets, or fintech

Strong understanding of exchange liquidity economics and risk frameworks, including pricing, spread, limit, tick sizes, leverage/position tiers, and fee strategy etc

Demonstrated ability to work directly with institutional clients, market makers, and vendor partners, exhibiting excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to define and track clear success metrics and use data and analytics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement

Proven experience delivering regulatory-sensitive launches and partnering closely with compliance/risk teams
