They are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to oversee data center infrastructure expansion projects in support of U.S. Government customers, leading cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead a matrixed team through influence in the execution of data center capacity projects
Be mindful of cost, schedule, and quality during all aspects of their builds
Identify risks early and take action
Balance ownership and hold partner teams to high standards of responsibility
Leverage technical and project-focused backgrounds to deep dive issues and develop mitigations
Strive to ensure data center capacity is delivered ahead of customer demand
Review demand forecasts for assigned region to ensure timely future builds
Ensure effective design reviews are conducted
Deep dive material delivery issues that threaten project schedule or resolve technical challenges
Work both in corporate offices and on the job site depending on project status

Required

5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
Experience in tactical project management of highly technical initiatives
Calibrated judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent and leadership
Capacity to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
Experience in managing data center infrastructure deployments
Bachelor's degree in architecture/design, mechanical/electrical engineering, software/network engineering, data center infrastructure/operations, and/or construction management
Fully competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle
Demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking
Experience with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint
Experience with Tableau, KanBan, Playbook, SQL and systems integration
Must be a US Citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred

Master's degree or advanced professional certifications in management of complex, high-value technical infrastructure projects
