Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of Everblue software solutions for new and existing clients
Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
Configure systems, workflows, and integrations to meet client and compliance needs
Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables
Serve as the primary client point of contact during implementation and early adoption
Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to resolve issues
Conduct client training and provide implementation documentation
Identify risks, scope changes, and dependencies and communicate proactively
Support handoff to operations and customer support teams post-implementation

Required

5+ years of experience in software implementation, technical project management, or systems deployment
Experience working directly with clients in a SaaS or professional services environment
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience translating business processes into system configurations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience with compliance-driven or workflow-based software platforms
Familiarity with Jira or similar project and ticket management tools
Experience supporting government, training, or certification-based programs
