Responsibilities
Support development and execution of regional commercial strategies for assigned product lines
Build and maintain trusted partnerships with sales teams to enable high-impact marketing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and flawless execution
Translate customer insights and competitive trends into actionable strategies
Support omnichannel marketing campaigns, including content creation and lead management
Conduct business and performance analyses to support strategic planning
Manage submissions for marketing material review and approval
Lead oversight and continuous improvement of marketing SOPs and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, MedTech, or life sciences
Supporting commercial strategy and marketing execution
Developing marketing content and campaign assets
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Operations teams
Applying customer insights and market trends to inform strategy
Conducting business performance analyses for decision-making
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Analytical and strategic mindset
Marketing strategy and campaign support
Content development
Data analysis and reporting
Cross-functional coordination
Understanding of regulatory-compliant marketing workflows
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
