Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for technology issues and requests for local employees
Log all IT engagements into a ticketing system for performance reporting
Travel locally as needed to support corporate office activities
Conduct basic troubleshooting for network, hardware, and software issues
Facilitate IT/AV training and prepare equipment for events
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a user-facing IT support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel locally using personal transportation
Experience with both MacOS and Windows OS
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
