Responsibilities
Lead the estimating/preconstruction phase for multiple civil infrastructure projects across the Southeast
Collaborate with project teams, owners, engineers, and subcontractors during project planning
Develop and maintain detailed preconstruction schedules
Conduct constructability reviews and participate in design coordination
Support business development efforts and client proposal preparation
Represent the company during pre-bid meetings and interviews with potential clients
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction with a focus on preconstruction, estimating, project management, etc
Proven knowledge of civil disciplines such as roadways, pipelines, earthwork, and underground utilities
Strong understanding of estimating software and construction scheduling tools (HCSS, Agtek, P6, etc.)
Ability to manage and mentor junior team members
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
