The Chief Engineer will work closely with the Director of Engineering to lead a skilled team, maintain property standards, and enhance guest experiences while promoting sustainability initiatives.

Lead and execute proactive Preventive Maintenance programs while responding efficiently to guest, member, and employee service needs

Recruit, train, develop, and motivate a diverse engineering team, including HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, painters, and general maintenance professionals

Actively support and advance the resort’s Green Initiative, identifying innovative strategies to reduce environmental impact

Elevate overall property condition, safety, and guest experience through attention to detail and team collaboration

Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that balances professionalism with fun
