Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects

Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery

Work with team leads to proactively plan and manage resourcing

Work with the Director, Operations to manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance

Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability

Required

Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or a related field plus 4-8 years of experience in project management at a pharmaceuticals marketing agency

Proven track record of building and managing client relationships, delivering successful marketing solutions in the pharmaceutical industry in scope, on time and on budget

Strong understanding of medical, legal and regulatory compliance and MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Proficiency in project management systems and tools

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
