The Alliance Management/Project Management Intern will support the asset integration and drug development process by assisting with project management activities and engaging with interdepartmental stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist with managing and tracking various Cosette new business opportunities through due diligence as defined by Business Development
Assist with managing Cosette asset integration activities upon deal signing and closure. Integration project tracking to include, but not limited to Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain functions
Support other Project Managers with current projects, timelines, and action items while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies

Qualification

Project Management toolsCross-functional team managementPharmaceutical industry experienceCommunication skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

Experience or demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical or other life sciences industries
Strong communicators
Experience building and giving presentations

Preferred

Educational Major Preferred: Business Administration/Management, Sciences
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and information management skills and be comfortable interacting with different functional groups and leaders
Demonstrated experience in leading / managing and driving cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Project Management tools/software such as MS Project, SharePoint, One Note, Excel, PowerPoint etc
