Responsibilities
Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products within the DEA portfolio
Align product initiatives with the enterprise data strategy and AI roadmap
Partner with business leaders, data engineers, and analytics teams to identify high-impact use cases
Act as the voice of the business within the DEA team, ensuring solutions meet operational needs
Ensure data products adhere to governance, security, and compliance standards
Champion data quality, accessibility, and usability across the organization
Leverage knowledge of Salesforce data model to design and optimize data products
Collaborate with CRM and business teams to integrate Salesforce data into enterprise data platforms
Enable advanced reporting and analytics using Salesforce data combined with other enterprise sources
Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and oversee delivery in an Agile environment
Drive adoption of modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and AI/ML capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
7+ years in data product management, analytics, or related roles
Strong background in manufacturing or industrial operations
Hands-on experience with Salesforce data model, reporting, and integration
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern data architectures
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong understanding of data governance, data modeling, and analytics tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Basic Power BI skills, including creating dashboards and reports
Familiarity with basic DAX functions for calculated columns and measures
Knowledge of AI/ML applications in manufacturing
