Responsibilities
Apply daily cash receipts (ACH, wires, lockbox, checks, credit cards) in NetSuite
Reconcile remittance details and ensure accurate invoice application
Research unapplied cash, short pays, and payment discrepancies
Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues
Support month-end reconciliations and reporting
Maintain audit-ready documentation and contribute to process improvements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in cash applications
NetSuite experience required
Strong understanding of debits/credits and AR processes
Comfortable working with multiple entities and bank accounts
Proficient in Excel
Preferred
experience with Salesforce
experience with subscription billing
experience in service-based environments
