Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with technology-based questions and concerns

Perform repairs on computer hardware, including Apple and PC devices

Manage and support data recovery efforts for customer devices and storage media

Perform software-based services such as operating system reinstalls, virus removal, and basic troubleshooting

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints must hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend

Preferred

Experience working with Apple products (macOS, iOS)

Experience repairing PC hardware and peripherals

Familiarity with data recovery tools or processes
