Responsibilities
Own the member journey: Design and optimize onboarding, activation, and engagement flows across app, phone, care-team touchpoints and operational workflows
Drive product & operational execution:
Define, prioritize, and implement requirements for our care platform (EHR, patient CRM, engagement tools, member portal)
Write and QA tickets, configure workflows, and test features directly with clinicians and coordinators
Integrate tools: Connect CRM, analytics, and automation platforms to streamline operations
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with clinical ops and data teams to turn frontline feedback into product improvements
Measure outcomes: Track and report on activation, retention, and satisfaction metrics to guide iteration
Champion the member and the clinician: Translate user insights into intuitive digital and offline experiences
Qualification
Required
Experience as a product manager in a healthcare or technology environment
Strong understanding of EHR systems, patient CRM, and engagement tools
Proven ability to design and optimize user journeys and operational workflows
Experience in writing and QAing tickets, configuring workflows, and testing features
Ability to integrate various tools and platforms to streamline operations
Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with clinical ops and data teams
Experience in measuring and reporting on activation, retention, and satisfaction metrics
Ability to translate user insights into intuitive digital and offline experiences
Preferred
Experience in virtual care or telehealth environments
Familiarity with AI engagement tools
Experience working in a lean, execution-oriented team
