Responsibilities
Leading and supporting investigations and projects to address root causes of nonconformances
Participating in rebranding activities at the plant
Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations
Being a critical team member in service execution
Working with supplier quality and vendors to ensure conforming input material is delivered to the manufacturing lines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher
High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of experience within a quality manufacturing environment
Preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing facility
Proficiency in written and oral communication skills
Root cause investigation and CAPA experience
Team and/or project leadership experience
Skills including organization, resilience, collaboration, and curiosity
