Responsibilities
Support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation
Draft and prepare discovery, disclosures, subpoenas, and pleadings
E‑file in Colorado state and federal courts
Manage case calendars, deadlines, and case files
Assist with deposition prep, document production, and trial preparation
Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of civil litigation experience
Knowledge of Colorado court rules/procedures
Strong docketing/calendaring and e‑filing experience
Excellent writing and organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Office and litigation software
Preferred
Employment law experience
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
