They are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage top-of-the-funnel activities, book meetings for Account Executives, and engage prospects through innovative outreach methods.

Responsibilities

Source and prospect into target accounts (primarily Senior Living, Multifamily, Home Health, and B2B sales organizations) using LinkedIn, email, phone, and our own video platform
Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound campaigns — mixing cold email sequences, personalized videos, LinkedIn touchpoints, and phone calls
Research prospects deeply to craft tailored, value-first messages that highlight how SalesMail solves real pain points (low response rates, generic outreach, long sales cycles)
Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives — focusing on decision-makers (VP/Director of Sales, Marketing Directors, Community Directors, Revenue leaders)
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (we use HubSpot + our own platform analytics)
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, provide prospect feedback, and test new features/outreach angles
Consistently hit or exceed monthly activity and meeting quotas

Required

6–18 months of SaaS SDR/BDR experience (or strong top-of-funnel sales experience in a competitive environment)
Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota in a metrics-driven outbound role
Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn is huge for us)
Experience or strong interest in video-based selling / modern sales engagement tools
Coachable, resilient, and competitive — you love seeing your name at the top of the leaderboard
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you'll be representing a video-first brand)
High emotional intelligence and ability to quickly build rapport
Organized and process-oriented — you live in your CRM
Consistently hit or exceed monthly activity and meeting quotas

Preferred

Experience selling into senior living, multifamily housing, real estate, or property management verticals
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, or similar
