Custom Truck One Source is seeking a Final Assembly Technician to ensure that all components and parts are accurately and efficiently assembled into finished products that meet quality standards. The role involves working closely with production teams, following detailed assembly instructions, and maintaining a clean workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Assemble components and parts according to detailed instructions, blueprints, and quality standards

Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies and report any issues to supervisors

Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines

Document assembly processes and complete required production reports accurately

Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate suggestions to management

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical documents

Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred but not required

Experience with final assembly in a manufacturing setting

Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards

Basic knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a production environment

Ability to use computerized tracking or inventory systems

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
