Responsibilities
Perform residential solar site surveys to SpartanX standards
Represent SpartanX professionally and communicate clearly with homeowners
Collect accurate, thorough, and defensible site data, including roof, structural, electrical, trenching, and existing equipment details
Document findings with complete photos and notes
Manage your schedule and communicate proactively with operations
Follow all safety requirements and use required equipment
Qualification
Required
Strong work ethic and accountability
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
High attention to detail and comfort with documentation
Professional, respectful customer communication
Willingness to follow process and trust downstream review teams
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Construction, solar, roofing, or electrical experience
Benefits
