Serve clients throughout San Diego County, Southern Orange County, and Riverside County
Provide individualized behavioral interventions in home and community settings
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment teams to support youth success
Gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact in the lives of youth and families
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in a related field is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adhere to agency documentation and attendance standards
Demonstrated ability to counsel children and their families
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
Clear criminal background check
Willingness to travel to clients' homes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and electronic documentation systems
Preferred
Masters Degree is a plus
One year of experience working with children with serious emotional or behavioral challenges (preferred, but not required)
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
