Responsibilities
Oversee HOA violations, prioritizing severe cases, and ensuring effective resolution
Engage with residents and HOAs to facilitate the resolution of violations
Craft strategies to reduce the frequency and impact of HOA violations in communities with high occurrence rates
Conduct property visits to verify and resolve reported violations
Build and maintain constructive partnerships with local HOAs, participating in meetings and votes as necessary
Collaborate with the Centralized HOA department and property management teams to support approvals, requests, and registrations
Regularly update and manage records of Leasing Restricted communities to align with investment standards
Provide consistent updates to District Leaders on HOA-related issues and work orders
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license required
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in Property Management or with HOAs/City regulations is preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Yardi is preferred
Background in Customer Service is preferred
