Responsibilities
Start with an objective and turn it into a sharp, insights-driven go-to-market strategy
Go deep on the product: understand what ChatGPT can do today, where it’s going, and what makes it truly different and special – and define a narrative for how it shows up in people’s lives
Work with research and strategy partners to uncover the human and cultural insights that unlock growth
Write marketing and creative briefs that don’t just describe what to make – they inspire ideas people want to build
Shape integrated campaigns across channels (brand, paid, organic, lifecycle, in-product) that drive real changes in awareness, understanding, and behavior
Partner with designers, writers, and creative teams to push the work from great to impactful
Use product data and user feedback to learn what’s working, what’s not, and where the next opportunity is – then evolve the strategy
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in consumer, product, or brand-driven marketing in tech, entertainment, or a beloved consumer product
Ability to inspire people to do their best work and push teams toward braver, sharper communication
Ability to take something complex and make it feel simple, human, and emotionally clear
Experience taking a product, finding what makes it magical, and telling a brand story around it
Ability to think in systems and connect product, brand, channels, and user experience into one cohesive story
Track record of building campaigns or launches that changed how people saw or used a product
Comfortable working across disciplines (product, research, brand, creative, growth) and turning many perspectives into one strong point of view
