Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a comprehensive caseload from the initial assessment to the final resolution
Identify, research, and analyze complex legal issues and conflicting legal opinions
Regularly communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel in a way that facilitates case progression and addresses concerns
Take and defend depositions, represent clients in arbitration proceedings, and argue motions to secure favorable rulings
Qualification
Required
Civil Litigation experience
Insurance Defense experience
Experience in General / Professional / Products Liability
Experience in Automotive and trucking negligence
Experience in Medical Malpractice
Experience in Toxic Torts
Experience in Construction Defect / Litigation
