Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing information and assistance related to orders, shipments, and services
Assist customers with scheduling deliveries, tracking shipments, and handling order modifications. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Address customer complaints and discrepancies, working to resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met and encouraging repeat business
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies
Accurately enter and update data in company systems, including customer information, order details, and inventory records
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, including shipping records, invoices, and customer files, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date
Assist in coordinating logistics operations, including communicating with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure smooth processes
Assist with generating reports related to customer service, order status, and office operations, providing insights to management
