Responsibilities

Responsible for entering and updating forms and reports on a daily basis

Conduct accounts receivable functions as assigned

Run and utilize monthly reports from various software platforms

Provide general administrative support for managers and staff

Distribute activities and respond to routine correspondence

Create, type, and distribute internal and external correspondence

Order office supplies and assist in upkeep of office equipment

Maintain various types of records

Complete special projects as required

Accomplish responsibilities as required using business software as approved by the Company

Set up, invoice and close out jobs within various departments

Other duties as assigned

Required

3-5 years basic office experience is required

Good computer skills with working knowledge of business software applications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Works well independently

Willing to pass a pre-employment drug screen test and background check
