Canteen North America is seeking a Field Service Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee and water equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and excellent customer service abilities to troubleshoot and manage customer complaints effectively.

Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair coffee and water equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions

Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance

Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet quality standards

Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and providing information on the proper use of equipment

Keep updated records of performed tasks and customers

Manage and address any customer complaints or issues

Comply with safety and health regulations

Required

Must have strong technical aptitude and be comfortable repairing small appliances

Experience with light plumbing or basic electrical work is a plus
