Responsibilities
Setup Conference Rooms for meetings and maintain site common areas, including kitchen/break-rooms to ensure areas are cleaned (ie-unload/load dishwasher, setup water and coffee for meetings, etc)
Light Audio/Video set ups and trouble shooting
Operating mail, copy and duplicating print equipment
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Reception coverages as needed - smiling and greeting clients & visitors, answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel
Adhere to business procedure guidelines
Perform other tasks as assigned from site supervisor/manager
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Lifting up 50 lbs with aid
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
