Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
Strong phone, computer, and data entry skills
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
Comfort greeting visitors and learning about the community to assist with questions
