Responsibilities
Lead and scale a high-volume, multi-functional recruiting organization that supports 10+ markets and is responsible for 2,000+ hires annually
Own end-to-end recruiting strategy, execution, and optimization
Manage a team of 35+ including 6 direct reports (Recruiting Team Leads and Talent Operations leadership)
Manage KPIs to assess recruiter performance, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions related to coaching, prioritization, and resource allocation
Foster a high-performance, accountable, and inclusive culture
Oversee workforce planning, recruiter capacity, and hiring prioritization to meet fluctuating business demands
Partner with Talent Operations to upgrade and optimize TA systems, tools, and analytics to meet evolving business needs
Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies across all markets
Manage Talent Acquisition budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
Evaluate and manage external partners to maximize ROI and support hiring goals
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience within a high-volume or high-turnover industry
3-5+ years of people leadership experience
Proven success leading large, high-volume recruiting teams in fast-paced environments
