They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift Watch Center Analyst to monitor communication systems, respond to incidents, and ensure clear communication channels for their customers in a mission-critical cyber watch center.

Responsibilities

Constant monitoring of multiple channels of classified and open-source media for US-related cyber threats on a worldwide basis

Sorting and prioritizing intelligence and operational message traffic

Providing early warning and alerts to key officials, facilitating timely flow of critical information

Process the distribution of information and mitigating security concerns utilizing a given checklist

Alerting customer leadership to worldwide breaking events and threat related events

Monitor multiple systems and platforms for alerts and anomalies

Respond promptly to system alerts, escalations, and incidents

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues

Maintain accurate shift logs and reports for management review

Provide continuous information sharing, knowledge management, communications, and reporting support through collaborative business processes

Categorize and disseminate critical information to the customer staff

Prepare and disseminate turnover briefings to support incoming/outgoing shift teams

Develop responses and briefings to Request For Information (RFI) from adjacent groups and teams

Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies governing secure communications equipment and procedures

Required

TS/SCI with Polygraph is required

Proven experience in analytical support or operations role, preferably in a 24/7 environment

Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities

Detail-oriented with a focus on problem-solving and analytical skills

Availability to work Panama schedule (12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM) including weekends and holidays
