Responsibilities
Draft crisp, compelling internal communications, updates, and announcements
Build and refine templates, newsletters, intranet content, and collaboration posts
Maintain SharePoint and internal communication sites to ensure the organization stays aligned
Coordinate non-portfolio projects—tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items
Support resource alignment and data tracking across tools like Smartsheet and internal systems
Manage reports, dashboards, shared repositories, and operational documentation
Prepare agendas, take high-quality minutes, and keep stakeholders accountable
Partner with high-level leaders as a chief of staff–like operator
Support large-scale events, all-hands meetings, and virtual sessions
Handle systems requests, follow-ups, and day-to-day operational needs
Problem-solve across teams to remove roadblocks and keep workflows moving
Qualification
Required
4+ years in project coordination, communications, change management, or similar roles
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Superb organization, multitasking ability, and a sharp eye for detail
Experience preparing, running, and documenting meetings
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Preferred
Background in communications or public affairs
Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
Experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech
