Responsibilities

Handles escalated transactions and inquiries from Tier I support related to various HR functions, ensuring all employee information is accurate and up to date

Provide expertise on complex cases requiring deeper knowledge of policies and HR compliance requirements

Handle employee lifecycle processes from hire to retire, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant legislation

Process HR transactions accurately in HRIS systems with supporting documentation and data accuracy

Find opportunities for process improvement within the shared services function to increase efficiency and service quality

Collaborate with HR COEs to align processes and recommend improvements where needed

Maintain HR documentation, including employee records, and compliance reports

Ensure confidentiality and data protection in line with company and regulatory guidelines
