Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable services, systems, and applications supporting global educational and mock‑trading platforms
Partner with trading, quantitative research, and AI/ML teams to build integrations with live and simulated trading systems and develop targeted training experiences
Architect efficient data structures and algorithms for performance‑critical workloads
Contribute to system design reviews and long‑term technical strategy
Support, optimize, and evolve our global infrastructure and runtime environments

Qualification

Software engineering experienceObject-oriented programmingAlgorithmsData structuresLarge-scale distributed systemsPython proficiencyCollaborative problem-solvingOwnership of technical challenges

Required

3+ years of software engineering experience
Strong programming and system design skills in an object‑oriented language (e.g., C#, Java, or similar)
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture principles
Experience operating and supporting large‑scale, distributed systems
Proficiency with Python is preferred

Preferred

Highly collaborative, curious, and open‑minded approach to problem‑solving
Ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges and remain flexible in a rapidly evolving environment
