The role involves directing calls, conducting follow-ups, maintaining customer databases, and supporting the service team with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments through phone, email, and text
Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member
Conduct after-visit follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain and update the customer database to encourage repeat business
Offer service contracts and review warranty options when applicable
Process payments for service contracts as needed
Generate daily reports and complete assigned administrative tasks
Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service at all times
Support a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment
Qualification
Required
Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings, including: Background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, Drug screening
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish required)
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficient in basic computer systems and scheduling software
Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
