Responsibilities
Maintain all public areas and guestrooms on an on-going basis (corner guards, locks, windows, doors, and furniture.)
Keep the hotel decor in good condition
Clean all work areas after completing job
Fill out daily work form
Have the knowledge and ability to use the proper equipment and tools
Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies
Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotels’ rules and regulations
Qualification
Required
High school or equivalent education required
Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs
Must have a flexible availability, to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Preferred
Previous experience is desirable in hotel setting
Benefits
Sign on Bonus: $1,000.00 paid across first 90 days : $250 after 30 days, $250 after 60 days, $500.00 after 90 day.
